The Opportunity: To acquire a well located, vacant bank branch on an outparcel to a community shopping center in the Columbus, OH MSA.

The Challenge: Transact with a large, publicly traded entity in a timely fashion without a lease in place.

The Execution: ZIG acquired the asset in an all cash transaction. The property was subsequently converted to a 7 Brew Coffee in a ground lease transaction with one of the largest franchisees in the brand. ZIG later refinanced out all of the original equity in the investment and still owns the asset today.
